Episode 9 Holiday Madness

It's that time of year, the build up to the holidays!  For me, being a chocolatier it is an entirely different ballgame.  There's chocolates to make, orders to fill, events to host, markets to attend, and all while trying to hold on to a tiny bit of sanity.
