Episode 7.1 Harvest Tasting - the results audio recap

I wanted to get some video of the process of creating the Harvest Tasting events and so there are a lot of new recording techniques that I used to make videos and from that I pulled out the audio that makes sense for an episode.  I hope it all comes across but if you want to see the YouTube episode so you get all the visuals, head here:

It's not perfect by any means but I think I am on my way to getting much better at this. And, that is also why this episode is 7.1 - it's a continuation from Episode 7.

 

The theme of this episode is all about the how - how I chose the products to use for each dessert in the tasting, how I put them all together, and how I was able to include so many local and seasonal ingredients in the menu. Honestly, the final results were totally delish and we had a lot of fun!
