Episode 28 - Buck up - it's time to celebrate! July's Buck Moon and Open Farm Days!

It's coming up to the most wonderful time of the year! Time to get ready to celebrate farms, farmers, the harvest, and all things long table culinary farm to fork events!

Here in Alberta, we have Open Farm Days happening on August 17/18th. There's so many events that I couldn't possibly name them all but you can check them out here:

Plus, tonight July 21st is the full moon, called the Buck Moon - so I dive into why it's called that. I'm just so fascinated by all the history around the phases of the moon, I even subscribe to a yoga magazine that sends out monthly moon magazines with yoga sequences in it!
